California Giant Inc. has a Zero Waste S.O.P in place that encompasses several policies and practices. We have an Environmentally Preferred Purchasing Policy and several programs including a Source Separation Program and an Office Supply Reuse Program. Employees were engaged via the company’s quarterly Town Hall meetings and by department or individually for training via the company Green Team. In benefiting the community, we worked with local businesses such as Taylor’s Office Supply to help meet the requirements of EPP while supporting and buying local.
