The facility focuses on fun engagement opportunities such as paper reduction competitions across departments to promote healthy competition which in turn promotes more reduction of paper. The site focuses on innovation as a means to reduce waste before and after production. They work to empower employees by rewarding them with certifications acknowledging their work to properly dispose of waste and identify additional opportunities to reduce the generation of waste or divert waste from the landfill.
