As Vice President of Product Management, Sean McMahon oversees a suite of GBCI programs including TRUE, SITES, RELi, the Investor Confidence Project and more. In this role Sean leads the development, delivery and management of new and emerging sustainability assessment tools and professional credentialing programs with the goal of deepening GBCI’s impact.
Sean’s time at GBCI has spanned more than 12 years during which he has managed a diverse portfolio of work on issues including building performance, occupant experience, climate adaptation & resilience, and real estate market analysis.
Sean holds a B.A. in Art History from Syracuse University, an M.A. in International Affairs from American University, and an M.A. in Natural Resources & Sustainable Development from The University for Peace. Sean lives in Washington, DC with his wife Jackie.
