Erika Kimball is a nurse and sustainability leader with more than 15 years experience developing solutions with healthcare clients. She began her sustainability journey as a staff nurse leading volunteer waste reduction projects in clinical units. A positive and determined change agent with expertise in sustainability strategy, change management, program development and implementation, Erika brings people together to create solutions that improve environmental outcomes while supporting hospital quality, safety, and value. Erika knows that healthcare waste is a solvable problem. She has developed best practices for high-quality recycling and materials collection in clinical areas and continues to work with clients to create a circular economy, zero waste future for healthcare. Erika loves learning and adventure and holds a BSN from University of South Florida, an MBA from Presidio Graduate School, and is a certified TRUE Zero Waste Advisor.
