Renata Ossanai is a Brazilian architect specialized in Circular Economy and Innovation. With extensive experience as a Green Building consultant, she brings over 5 years of expertise in integrative projects focused on solid waste reduction, water reuse, and carbon emissions reduction across various industry sectors.
Renata is a TRUE Advisor and LEED AP O+M. She has played a pivotal role in achieving TRUE Platinum certifications for numerous projects. Additionally, she has successfully obtained LEED Zero Waste certification for 9 major clients, including a multinational beverage company and the headquarters of a prominent Brazilian real estate developer.
She is responsible for program implementation, from developing strategic plans to assisting clients with building performance evaluation, documentation, and interaction with GBCI. She has developed strategies aimed at minimizing waste generation and optimizing recycling, resulting in improved waste performance in both TRUE and LEED O+M certifications.
