I started my career in real estate in 2016 and have since worked across different markets, organisational scales and perspectives - from global HQ structures to regional CEE operations, from corporate developers to fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments. My experience includes roles at Skanska (office development, CEE & global HQ), Panattoni (industrial real estate marketing) and, currently, a proptech startup, WasteTracker.
Working in corporate and marketing communications taught me that real estate is a deeply relational and long-term business - built on trust, credibility and consistency. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of stakeholders: internal teams, boards, investors, tenants, partners, media and external audiences, learning how differently each group perceives value, risk and communication.
Today, working in proptech and a startup environment has added a new layer to that perspective. It has reshaped how I think about speed, scale, processes and ownership. Beyond marketing and communications, I operate as a business enabler - connecting strategy with execution, structure with storytelling, and technology with real market needs.
Whether it’s brand positioning, content, social media, internal communication, go-to-market thinking or building workable processes from scratch, my focus remains the same: helping organisations communicate clearly, grow sustainably and work better - with people at the centre.
