Gustavo Goldman

Gustavo Goldman is LEED AP BD + C, ID + C, USGBC Faculty, EDGE Expert & Auditor, Architectural Designer. Master in Design Management from Pratt Institute in New York, 2003. Since 2001 collaborates and leads projects as a designer architectural for both private and public clients in the USA. Within the latter are the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ), the New York School Construction Authority (NYSCA) and the General Service Administration (GSA). His professional experience went through diverse projects that range from sustainable social interest housing to residential projects of high range going through urban interventions, residential projects, campus educational, development of corporate architecture and brands. He participated in winning teams of architectural competitions, highlighting the African Burial Ground built in Lower Manhattan, declared the seventh National Monument in New York City. In 2005 he co-founded the New York Identity Design Group, dedicated to design and Branding with axis in sustainability. Since 2009 he lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he carries out consulting in green building and building certification systems for clients such as JLL, Adidas, Nike, Colgate, Mercado Libre, Globant, IRSA to metion some. Goldman is a USGBC Faculty precursor in Latin America of the EDGE system and teacher in postgraduate careers related to architecture and sustainable design. He is a founding member of IBPSA Argentina and a frequent guest as a speaker at events related to sustainability, architecture and sustainable design and well-being in work. Desde 2001 colabora y lidera proyectos como diseñador arquitectónico para clientes privados y públicos en los Estados Unidos. Dentro estos últimos son la Autoridad Portuaria de Nueva York y Nueva Jersey (PANYNJ), la Autoridad de Construcción de Escuelas de Nueva York (NYSCA) y el General Administración de servicios (GSA). Su experiencia profesional pasó por diversos proyectos que van desde vivienda de interés social sostenible para proyectos residenciales de alta gama pasando por intervenciones urbanas, proyectos residenciales, campus educativo, desarrollo de arquitectura corporativa y marcas. Participó en equipos ganadores de concursos de arquitectura, destacando el entierro africano Terreno construido en el Bajo Manhattan, declarado séptimo Monumento Nacional en la ciudad de Nueva York. En 2005 cofundó el New York Identity Design Group, dedicado al diseño y Branding con eje en sostenibilidad. Desde 2009 vive en Buenos Aires, Argentina, donde realiza consultoría en verde. Construyendo y construyendo sistemas de certificación para clientes como JLL, Adidas, Nike, Colgate, Mercado Libre, Globant, IRSA para mencionar algunos. Goldman es precursor de la facultad del USGBC en América Latina del sistema EDGE y docente en carreras de posgrado relacionadas con la arquitectura y el diseño sostenible. Es miembro fundador de IBPSA Argentina y un invitado frecuente como orador en eventos relacionados con la sostenibilidad, la arquitectura y el diseño sostenible y el bienestar en los espacios de trabajo.
