I am passionate and enthusiastic on Social and Environmental Responsibility topics. Including labor and human rights, environment pollution controls in air emissions, wastewater, chemical management, waste management and noise. Also I am interested and actively participating in the improvement of controls related to the health and safety of company workers including risk assessment, occupational illness and injuries mitigation, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, machine safeguarding, and others safe work practices in warehouse, materials handling, LOTO, and general safety conditions in the workplace. Also, I have a high level of expertise on the implementation of Product Environmental Requirements and different industry and customer requirements mainly for RoHS and REACH compliance. I´ve influenced to increase the deployment of all these social and environmental controls in more than 80 sites worldwide divided in Americas, Europe, North Asia and South Asia. And not only directly in the company' sites but also with suppliers and on-site service providers who are providing different type of services in the company (janitorial, security, dinning, etc.) and their workers must be treated the same way that any other employee in the company. Moreover I am certified as Lead Auditor by BSI registrar on Management systems requirements and its implementation as for ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other industry MS such as RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct and its validated audit program and certified by RBA on Lead auditor on Labor and Human Rights, with a high level of expertise in CSER and EHS audits , corrective actions plans and continuous improvement projects. CSER and EHS aim is to improve the life conditions of our employees while they are working in our sites, preserve the Earth that needs so much our help, and support the business to keep and gain more customers.
