Ernest Hoch

Ernie is a senior manager of Solid Waste and Environmental Services for Draper Aden Associates, Inc. and has been activity involved with all facets of solid waste, recycling and the environment for over 40 years. He began his career developing early recycling regulations and managing properties in New York. As a former Municipal Marketing Manager for Waste Management he worked with dozens of local governments and large manufacturing facilities managing their waste and recycling operations. A former Director of Public Works in Pittsylvania, VA and Harrisburg, PA Ernie managed landfills, collection systems, water, wastewater and stormwater systems. As a former County Administrator for two counties in Virginia his responsibilities included all county operations and legislative interface. Ernie has developed, designed, constructed and operated virtually every type, of private and public sector solid waste and recycling system. His accomplishments and experience in the private and public sector will provide our clients the highest level of service, environmental stewardship and sound council.
