Elaine Wagener, Director of Healthcare Solutions for Casella, implements and executes Resource Management programs for Life Science and Pharma customers across the US and Canada. She and the Casella team have successfully created innovative recovery solutions for a wide range of products and materials and is an expert on these complex post-industrial streams. Elaine continues to challenge herself and team on creating mechanical and circular solutions while keeping the triple bottom line at the forefront: financial, sustainable, and operational.
