Ruth Corona

Since I began my professional experience I have being involved in sustainability matters of fields in different transnational companies. I am currently leading the Sustainabillity Servicies Business Unit at JLL Mexico, being responsible of delivering business results for the whole division and providing energy and sustainability solutions to different clients, the solutions include sustainability strategy & reporting, portfolio energy & sustainability management, building assessments & optimizations, ratings & certifications, clean energy sourcing, circular economy, as well as, communication and relationship with stakeholders. I joined JLL in December 2010, being responsible for the Sustainability Program for the HSBC account in the whole country and had the opportunity to conduct the first LEED EB:OM Platinum Certification Project in LATAM for HSBC HQ, as well as lead the first LEE Volume Program in Mexico. Since then, I have occupied several management and directive positions in FM and Property Management business units until I was appointed as the Sustainability Services Director for JLL in Mexico. Before this role, I was responsible for the National Operations in Property Management during 3 years, and I also led the AXA account as the Leasing and Management Director for the Real State Investment Portfolio. I am an Industrial Chemical Engineer with an Environmental Engineering Specialty from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional, and I also have an MBA.
