Elena Skorupan

With over 25 years of experience in global operations and project management, I am passionate about advancing sustainability at Yates Construction, where I serve as the Director of Environmental and Social Sustainability. In this role, I oversee the implementation of various initiatives, such as annual sustainability reporting, GHG emissions reporting, waste reduction plans, low-carbon materials, and sustainability assessments. I am also a certified ESG practitioner with multiple credentials and training in sustainability standards, frameworks, and tools, such as WELL AP, LEED Green Associate, GRI Academy, Fitwel Ambassador, TRUE Advisor, and Green Leader Certification. My goal is to create positive environmental and social impacts through my work and to inspire others to do the same. I live and work in beautiful Chattanooga, TN.
