Amber Barbella

Amber is a Colorado based waste consultant that is passionate about inspiring people around her to think about their own consumption. She works with large events and businesses to first reduce their material consumption, then responsibly manage their waste outputs. With Amber’s expertise, clients are able to develop low-impact business practices through responsible purchasing, composting, recycling and creative resource reallocation programs. Her roles have varied over the past 8 years, and have consisted of tasks such as data collection & analysis, public speaking, developing education campaigns, system design, grant writing, disaster relief, short term waste system design, and more. Today she is the proud owner/operator of Diversion Designers.
