Nikki Rodoni

Founder & CEO, Measure to Improve, LLC.

TRUE Advisor
Passionate about helping growers, shippers and processors integrate sustainability programs into their operations, I founded Measure to Improve, sustainability consulting firm in 2014. Growing up a farmer’s daughter, I have always been concerned with the need to find a balance between preserving the environment and increasing the bottom-line of an agriculture business. Prior to starting Measure to Improve, I served as the Director of Sustainability for one of the largest producers of fresh-cut onions in the United States where I set ambitious goals to increase the efficiency of the operation and reduce waste and emissions. Zero Waste is one of my favorite areas because its a way to achieve quick yet verifiable results, with little capital investment. That said, it does take commitment and dedication from those that embark on this journey. This not only is a great way to improve a company’s environmental impact, but it saves resources and improves the bottom line. Zero Waste programs are a way to engage your entire staff and can be a good starting point if you don’t have a formal sustainability program in place.
