In 2022, he was awarded the WELL Accredited Professional of the Year by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
Highlights include Three Garden Road – the first WELL v2 (core) platinum building in Hong Kong and highest scoring BEAM EB / LEED EBOM platinum project in Hong Kong, Langham Place – the first EDGE v3.0 certified project in Asia, Hysan Portfolio of 9 buildings – WELL HSR certification and UNSDG Award, 2IFC – the first WELL Performance Rating project in Hong Kong, Schroders Capital assets – GRESB advisory and the first WELL Equity Rating projects in Hong Kong, Subsidized Sale Flats at Fat Tseung Street West – platinum rating under BEAM Plus Neighbourhood and Skybridge – platinum rating under BEAM Plus New Buildings.
