At UC Berkeley, I project manage efforts and communication for sustainability initiatives for the university residential halls and dining services for over 12,000 residents and 15,000 meals per day. This includes managing sustainable food procurement and zero waste for four dining halls, four dining retail locations, and seven campus restaurants, with the goal of serving food at the intersection of delicious, nutritious, and sustainable.
