Gretchen Carey

I am the Sustainability Manager of New England for Republic Services. I am a LEED Green Associate, as well as a Zero Waste TRUE advisor. I work with customers to help them reach their sustainable goals, and help Republic understand the specific needs of your facility as you strive to reach those goals. We are building an organics infrastructure across the state, in order to help customers divert food waste for sustainability programs.
I am also the President of MassRecycle, a statewide non-profit that promotes practical answers to recycling problems. Lastly, I am a member of the New England Environmental Business Council's Solid Waste Steering Committee, where I enjoy creating and moderating conferences on current topics.
