Stephen Hunter Scully

Hunter Scully is GOAL’s Data & Insights Analyst, aiding venue operators and sustainability professionals with data collection, reporting, and validation through the GOAL portal. His primary focus is to provide GOAL Members with carefully curated analytics and venue comparisons that inform decision-making for further sustainable investment. Hunter's work is complemented by his background in venue operations and sustainable procurement from the University of Georgia’s Office of Sustainability. There, he led their Athletic Association’s facilities toward more sustainable waste management practices, including piloting the University’s first ever season of Zero Waste athletic events. Previously, Hunter worked in the Forestry industry, conducting research and leading field work focused on large-scale wind disturbances’ effects on our forests. Hunter holds a Masters in Natural Resource Management with a concentration in Sustainability from the University of Georgia and a BS in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida.
