He is an operations and ESG leader with more than 25 years of experience improving manufacturing and distribution performance, including achieving landfill diversion rates above 95%, reducing obsolete and excess inventory, and improving material and process efficiency.
A TRUE Advisor for GBCI’s Zero Waste program and Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Jarrod has helped organizations combine Lean Six Sigma with practical strategies for waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and employee engagement to build more efficient and sustainable operations.
His broader leadership experience spans global sourcing, supply chain, product development, regulatory compliance, product safety, logistics, and customer service, with extensive experience working directly in manufacturing and supply chain operations around the world. His product innovation work includes patents for environmentally preferable chemical formulations and related products. Jarrod holds both an MBA and a JD. He is a Certified Product Safety Professional.
