Joanna brings over 25 years of diverse business management experience with a background in marketing, renewable energy, sustainability, design and and K–12 institutional consulting. She is a strategic leader known for building systems, brands, and scalable solutions that drive measurable impact.
As Founder of Sustainability Solutions, Joanna has partnered with independent schools, public school districts, and mission-driven organizations to develop comprehensive sustainability frameworks, regulatory compliance strategies, operational systems, and community engagement initiatives. Her work in K–12 environments spans waste reduction strategy, communications alignment, and organizational change management helping schools translate mission into measurable outcomes.
She is the creator of two mission-driven software platforms: ECO Waste Tracker, a SaaS solution to support compliance and diversion tracking, and Waste Conversion Calculator, designed to simplify data reporting. Through these platforms, Joanna demonstrates her product-builder mindset designing practical tools that integrate strategy, compliance, and data to support long-term institutional success.
With credentials including TRUE Zero Waste Advisor Certification and recognition from the US Green Building Council, Joanna is a dedicated leader in sustainability and systems design.
