Joshua Mak is a tree hugger with a passion for marketing and sustainable development. Through his environmental activities, he has won multiple awards for his work in establishing the first high school green bin program in the York Region District School Board. Likewise, he is always on the lookout for more opportunities to ‘green’ business practices and everyday stuff. When he’s not freaking out over little things, Joshua literally studies waste, volunteers at his Scout group, plays the piano and violin, and sleeps until absurd hours. He is currently a student at the University of Waterloo in the Environment & Business program.
