Jay recently went back to school and received an Associates of Science degree in Recycling and Resource Management at SMC. Having worked in the restaurant industry much of his life, he saw a great need for recycling training. Jay started a non-profit called Recycle Right, recycleright.net, to help the food service industry recycle. Jay will now add is TRUE advisor training to the pursuit of mitigating the waste crisis in this country.
