I have been in the sustainability space for over a decade. Currently, as Director of Global Sustainability at KnowBe4, I manage the organization’s sustainability programs across 11 countries. This includes our net zero carbon and zero waste goals, employee sustainability training, green team, and several outreach and engagement programs. I became a LEED AP in 2009, and received my MBA in Sustainability in 2011. I am a certified TRUE (Total Resource Use and Efficiency) Advisor, I am trained in zero waste management to help organizations meet waste goals and cut their carbon footprint. I am also a Certified Climate Change Ambassador, and possess the following additional certifications: Envision Sustainability Professional (for green infrastructure), Green Globes Professional (for green building), and Green Classroom Professional.
