Chloé Lepeltier (she/her) Multilingual Content Creator & Sustainability Consultant | Central Oregon Chloé Lepeltier is a multilingual sustainability consultant, content creator, and TRUE Advisor based in Central Oregon. After a decade-long career in Europe working for organizations such as WIPO and the United Nations, she redirected her expertise toward environmental advocacy, community engagement, and zero waste leadership. She is the founder of Zero Waste PDX, co-founder of the Portland Zero Waste Conference, and author of Conscious by Chloé, a sustainable lifestyle platform that inspires individuals to reduce waste and live more intentionally. As the Zero Waste Lead for SFF Presents, Chloé has helped large-scale festivals in Sisters, Oregon, implement waste diversion systems, volunteer training, and data-driven reporting to align with TRUE certification standards. Her consulting and education work bridges global systems thinking with local action — from composting at community events to developing sustainable communication strategies for nonprofits like Seed to Table Oregon. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Chloé brings nearly 20 years of experience in translation, communication, and sustainability to help organizations and events design meaningful, achievable zero waste goals.
