I've been in the Resource Recovery for over 27 years and now that I have a better understanding as to why I collected the resources and now that I am an Operations Supervisor, I get to help residents, staff, client on how to and why they need to be more pro-active in securing these valuable resources that they pay over and over to get rid of. I look forward to see what tomorrow brings on how I can change one person at a time on how to focus on becoming part of the Zero Waste Family.
