I meet the needs of WM Canada's National Accounts Customers (including many of Canada's largest retailers and property / facility management companies), liaising with stakeholders from individual sites to upper level management, to ensure the optimal operation of their waste and recycling programs, maximize diversion from landfill, and eliminate sources of waste along material pathways. I lead recycling education sessions among clients at all levels of operations, generate signage and communications, and maintain intranet sites housing information on the recycling programs of WM and third-party haulers nationwide.
