Looking to submit a project for TRUE certification, but unsure how to approach the application process? Curious about how to present the newly introduced General Project Information documentation? Explore examples that show what finished products should look like in the new TRUE Sample Resources repository.

Expected to grow as more samples are developed, this page holds the sample documentation that GBCI has developed to support project teams as they pursue TRUE certification, starting with the TRUE Sample Applications for Certification and Precertification, as well as samples of all of the recently released General Project Information requirements, such as a general project narrative and sample site maps.

These examples should act as a supportive guide for how information may be provided to meet application requirements, but project teams are encouraged to present their information in the way that is most relevant to their project. These samples should not be duplicated, and instead serve merely as a guidepost that project teams can use to better understand how each credit may be achieved.

Looking for additional guidance? Be sure to review the TRUE Rating System and TRUE Addenda Table for the most up-to-date credit requirements, as well as the Diversion Data Additional Guidance for support in calculating diversion.
